§ Mr. Loverseedasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will instruct officers commanding units to exercise more care with the routing of posted personnel in order to avoid unnecessary breaking of journeys overnight and involving personnel in needless discomfort and fatigue.
§ Sir J. GriggI have no reason to believe that Commanding Officers are unaware of their responsibilities in this matter or fail to carry them out so far as the exigencies of the Service and the present difficulties of travel permit.
