§ Mr. Ness Edwardsasked the Minister of Health how it is proposed to treat rent in excess of the reasonable rent figure; and whether in that treatment resources which are disregarded for scale purposes will be taken into account.
§ Mr. WillinkThe Assistance Board inform me that they do not feel able to make any statement regarding the treatment of rent under the new Regulations pending the consultations with their Local Advisory Committees which will shortly take place in accordance with the undertaking given in the recent White Paper.
