§ Mr. MabaneWith regard to the first part of the Question I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for County Down (Dr. Little) on 21st October, 1942. With regard to the second part of the Question no information is available as to the actual prices paid by the particular users referred to, but following are figures of the average price of barley as shown by returns to the Ministry of Agriculture of sales on certain markets.
