§ Mr. Tinkerasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he proposes to issue a White Paper on the recent negotiations between the industry and his Department, or in what manner does he propose to report upon the unrest in the coalmining industry so that the House can debate the policy of the Government in all its aspects.

Friend will appreciate, however, that it would be preferable not to debate this subject until the discussions, which so far are proceeding well, are concluded.
