§ Mr. ButlerThe figures given in Table I of the Financial Memorandum to the Education Bill for the additional cost to public funds attributable to the reform of the dual system are a broad general estimate of the probable position over the whole field of auxiliary schools. I could not give an 189W accurate estimate of definite percentages for particular categories of schools at this stage.
