§ Mr. Parkerasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the hunger prevailing in Naples and other parts of liberated Italy, while at the same time Allied troops can buy up food supplies; and whether he will approach our Allies to alter the rates of exchange of the lira and take any other necessary steps to put right this state of affairs.
