§ Sir G. Courthope9,511 acres, 7,112 acres and 5,832 acres have been planted with forest trees in Scotland by the Forestry Commission during the last three years, respectively, and planting grants have been paid by the Commission in respect of 4,427 acres, 3,681 acres and 4,244 acres.
