§ Dr. Littleasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, since children are employed as carriers in smuggling between Eire and Northern Ireland, he will devise means whereby it will be impossible to use children for this purpose.
§ Mr. AsshetonThe most effective means of preventing the use of children in smuggling is to trace the grown-ups who use them and to take appropriate action against them. This is done whenever possible.
