§ Mr. LawWith regard to the first part of the Question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made by the Prime Minister yesterday. As regards the second part, the supply of arms and ammunition was naturally reduced as a result of the civil war; but we have maintained the supply of clothes and other material, of which in most cases the guerrillas stood in greater need than of arms and ammunition.
