§ Mr. AttleeRegular observations of the sulphur content of the air and of impurity deposited from the atmosphere are made by the civic authorities at Edinburgh and Glasgow by methods recommended by the Atmospheric Pollution Research Committee of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. In addition, measurements of suspended impurity are made at Glasgow.
