§ Mr. Richardsasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Warfare whether he has considered the Kershner proposals for sending fat, cereals, meat and milk to Belgium, France and Holland, a copy of which has been sent to him, and to the support that the scheme has received in America on account of Dr. Kershner's experience in the organisation of relief; and what action the Government propose to take in regard to the proposal.
§ Mr. FootI have considered the proposals to which my hon. Friend refers. I have nothing to add to my previous statements on this subject.
