§ Mr. Lewisasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will consider whether some special badge can be issued by his Department to be displayed by small traders whose businesses, having been closed owing to war conditions, have been reopened after the war under licence from his Department, so that members of the public, desiring to help such traders to re-establish their businesses, might be encouraged to trade with them.
