§ Mr. A. HendersonThe information at present available is incomplete, but I know that over 100 non-Fascist labour unions are functioning in the parts of Italy liberated by the Allied Forces. These unions are free to function on democratic lines, although I am not in a position to say that they follow exactly the British model. They are, however, officially recognised for purposes of collective bargaining.
