MorrisonThe waiver of charges during the two months of January and February was notified by my Department to every local authority responsible for the distribution of civilian respirators (which in most county areas is the county council) and I have no reason to suppose that any local authority has not acted upon the circular. With regard to the public response, I would refer to the Answer I gave on 27th January to my hon. Friend the Member for Islington, North (Dr. Guest).
