§ Sir T. Mooreasked the Minister of Health whether any restrictions are placed on the bringing home of parrots by Service men or by men in the Mercantile Marine in view of the danger from psittacosis.
§ Mr. WillinkMen serving in the Forces or the Merchant Service are subject to the Parrots (Prohibition of Import) Regulations, 1930, which make it in general illegal to bring parrots into this country because of the risk of psittacosis.
