§ Mr. EdenI understand that the Director-General of U.N.R.R.A., with whom a decision in the matter lies, intends to issue a statement regarding the establishment of the organisation, including the European Regional Office. This statement is not yet ready for publication, but I have expressed the hope to U.N.R.R.A. that its appearance will not long be delayed.
