Member for Burnley (Mr. Burke) on 1st November, wherever full particulars are available I am prepared to have any cases investigated in which fruit and vegetable retailers receive short weight. In reply to the second part of the Question I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. and gallant Member for Renfrew East (Major Lloyd) by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade on 4th October.
