§ Colonel StanleyI understand that the Tanganyika Government has announced a small experimental scheme to provide agricultural training for sixteen Indian pupils a year in a two-year course at Morogoro. As regards the third and fourth parts of the Question, I am making inquiries of the Governor as to the prospects of employment for successful pupils.
