§ Captain Stricklandasked the Minister of Production whether he is aware that the U.S.A. has already established a branch of the Office of Scientific Research and Development in Paris; and whether he proposes to make any similar arrangements for the scientific advisers of his Department to be represented either in France or Belgium in the near future.
§ Mr. LytteltonI am aware that plans are being made to establish such a branch office in Paris. The question whether any corresponding arrangements are necessary on the British side is being considered.
