Foxasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will reconsider the decision not to decide until the end of the war whether service on a Regular Army Emergency Commission may count as qualifying service for the award of the Territorial Decoration and Efficiency Medal, since by that time many of those interested will be dead or too old for further service.
§ Sir J. GriggThis question will certainly be borne in mind, but I do not agree with my hon. and gallant Friend that time should be devoted to its consideration now.
