§ Captain CrookshankSince July, 1942, as was announced in the Press at the time, owners of high-frequency apparatus taken into Post Office custody may apply to my Department for a permit to have it returned to them. It is a condition of granting a permit that a suitable screen and filter must be installed for use with the apparatus so as to limit radiation.
