§ Mr. Petherickasked the Secretary of State for War whether he can make any statement in relation to food supplies, in particular bread, now available for the 1625W civilian population of France in the parts occupied by the British and American Armies.
§ Mr. A. HendersonThere are ample quantities of food available in the areas in which the Allied Armies are at present operating to meet the needs of the civilian population. In particular there is sufficient capacity for milling and baking and there is so far no shortage of flour.
