Member for Caerphilly (Mr. Ness Edwards) on 18th April. In reply to the second part, the selling price of Yorkshire open cast coal at sites or disposal points ranges between 26s. and 31s. 6d. per ton, depending on the seam from which the coal is mined and whether or not the coal is screened.
