§ Sir J. AndersonI am not aware of any cases of the kind mentioned by my hon. Friend, except where the public interest has required that the previous holder of the highest Civil Service post in a Department should undertake new duties, usually involving transfer to another Department. Such cases are kept constantly in mind, and I see no reason for any special review.
