§ Mr. HicksThe cottages referred to are part of a programme, undertaken at the request of the Ministry of Agriculture, for the erection of 100 prefabricated married quarters for key agricultural workers employed by county war agricultural executive committees. The sites were selected by the war agricultural executive committees. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture does not propose that quarters of this type should in future be erected in urban areas.
