Owing to the increased stringency of supplies since the Goods and Services (Price Control) Act was passed, the restrictions which Section 9 of the Act imposes on the trader's right to reserve stocks for particular customers now require some modi430W fication. My right hon. Friend proposes, therefore, to introduce legislation to meet this difficulty.
