HC Deb 28 October 1943 vol 393 c389W

asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the sentence of six months' imprisonment passed at Bristol on 14th October on Ruby Ayres, aged 18, factory worker, for being, persistently late at work; and whether he will call for the facts of this case with a view to remitting this sentence?

Mr. H. Morrison

I am making inquiries and will communicate with the hon. Member.
