Major Lloyd GeorgeI have decided to appoint a small technical body to review the conclusions reached by the Brabazon Committee in the light of engineering and other developments since 1933. I hope to be in a position shortly to announce the composition of this body. It is too early to say when it will make a Report, but it will be asked to proceed with its inquiry as rapidly as possible. I should hope to be in a position to publish the Report, but cannot commit myself until I have seen it.
