Mr. JohnstonI have received two reports from the Advisory Council on the recruitment and supply of teachers. I am expecting a final report on this subject in the near future when I shall be in a position to consider the question of publication. I have also received two reports on compulsory part-time education, the second of which is just to hand. I shall decide as to publication as soon as possible.
