§ Mr. E. BrownI am informed that the facts are not as represented. There are 16 permanent inmates and on the average about the same number of casuals. The staff consists of 4 men and 5 women, but 3 of the latter are employed part-time only. The work of the institution includes the cultivation of several acres of land.
