§ Mr. DaltonI have allowed registered manufacturers and wholesalers to supply an additional quantity of toys and children's indoor games between 13th September and 30th November in order to increase the supply available for Christmas. By an Order made last April, I have limited the margins of profit which manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers may charge for toys and indoor games and, in addition, I have fixed an overriding maximum retail price of 24s. 5d.
