HC Deb 10 November 1943 vol 393 c1164W
Mr. Leach

asked the Postmaster-General whether original photographs sent to his Department by relatives of members of the Forces serving overseas for airgraph letter transmission, and which are generally costly to the sender, may in future be returned to them if a stamped addressed envelope is provided for the purpose?

Captain Crookshank

The selection of original photographs printed on airgraph forms, for return to the sender, presents serious practical difficulties. I am, however, considering whether these can be overcome, and will write to the hon. Member later.
