§ Mr. Noel-BakerThe Transport Advisory Connell consists of about 30 members. It is constituted on a representative basis and in peace time it has given much valuable advice and assistance to the Minister of Transport. It is not, however, a suitable consultative body for the special problems of war. It will be re-assembled when matters arise which can appropriately be referred to it.
