§ Mr. DaltonThe system of bulk indents for medical supplies for the Middle Eastern territories was introduced in order to ensure a steady flow of these essential requirements, many of which are in short supply, from the United Kingdom and the United States of America and to establish a fair distribution between these territories. The question of including proprietary medicines is now being examined in Cairo by a representative of my Department.
