§ Mr. ButlerI appreciate the advantages which boarding school education can offer. War-time restrictions necessarily limit the provision of new school accommodation, whether boarding or day, to the most urgent and immediate needs, but I hope to see, and intend to do all I can to encourage, a wider establishment of boarding and hostel facilities.
