§ Mr. A. HendersonThis question has not been overlooked. Daily newspapers from this country would not reach the troops early enough to be of any interest unless they were flown all the way. The number of aircraft needed to transport anything like an adequate supply of papers cannot be made available at this stage of the war. Arrangements are made for local newspapers to be available for the troops and Service papers are specially produced locally to give them more general reading matter.
