asked the Secretary of State for War whether the new pre-natal allowances made to the wives of other ranks in His Majesty's forces will also be made to the wives of officers?

No, Sir. As stated by my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council when he announced the introduction of this allowance on 26th November, 1942, it is restricted to the wives of soldiers, sailors and airmen.
