§ Mr. MabaneThe application from the Stroud laundry for the ration period commencing 28th March was not received by the Ministry until 3rd May. The necessary authority for the release of the starch was given by telegram on 4th May and the starch is now on the way. I will communicate with my hon. Friend as soon as my inquiries have been completed.
