§ Mr. DaltonThis Order embodies s number of Minor amendments, which experience has shown to be necessary, in the clothes rationing system. The change in the pointing of babies' day-gowns is designed to meet difficulty experienced in the trade in distinguishing between babies' day-gowns, the coupon value of which was previously two, and babies' night-gowns, the coupon value of which was three. Both are now pointed at three coupons.
