Mr. Glenvil Hall

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that private soldiers are not allowed to use the saloon bar or dining-room at the King's Arms, Westerham, the use of which is restricted to officers only, and that the same rule applies at Pitt's Cottage Tea Rooms in the same locality; and whether he will take steps to end this discrimination?
