§ Mr. MabaneThe answer to the first part of the Question is in the negative:1344W figures supplied by the trade show that the quantity of fish received in Leeds and the surrounding districts has been slightly in excess of the entitlement on a per capita basis. My Noble Friend is now giving consideration to the suggestion made in the second part of the Question.
