§ Colonel StanleyI have recently seen copies of a statement issued to the Ceylon Press on 4th March, 1942, by Mr. Wijayasinghe. As regards constitutional reform in Ceylon, I would invite my hon. Friend's attention to the reply which I gave to a Question by him on 20th January to which I have nothing to add. I have not received any representations from Mr. Wijayasinghe on the subject of social reforms.
