§ Mr. Emrys-EvansI understand that the Canadian Government propose to open their service immediately the aircraft are ready and all the practical details have been settled. This will be a war-time service and not a permanent or commercial one. It is being established for the purposes of carrying mail to and from the Canadian Armed Forces in this country and of transporting members of the Canadian Armed Forces and Canadian Government Departments and technicians engaged in the production of war materials. It will carry no fare-paying passengers.
