§ Sir K. WoodI would refer my hon. Friend to the Mutual Aid Agreement of 23rd February, 1942. Our position will not, in my judgment, be prejudiced by the fact that we do not keep a strict monetary account of the value of supplies and services rendered by this country to the United States. I explained in my Budget Speech why we do not do so.
