§ Mr. Prittasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that a Pioneer unit, details of which have been given to him, used a quantity of coal on 16th May, as paving material for a piece of ground over 1,000 square feet in an area which was used for the purpose of mounting the guard; how much coal was thus employed; and what steps he will take to deal with the persons responsible?
