§ Mr. MabaneI would refer my hon. Friend to the reference which I made to the national loaf in my speech in Committee of Supply on the 13th May. The samples to which I then referred are obtained and examined by officers of my Department. As regards legal proceedings, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which was given to his Question on 6th May last year to which I have nothing to add.
