§ Mr. ButlerUnder the Milk in Schools Scheme, milk may only be supplied by persons who have been approved by the Medical Officer of Health on the ground of the source and quality of their supply. It rests with the medical officer of health to determine what periodical tests or other evidence he should require for the purpose of his approval.
