Friend to the OFFICIAL REPORT for 13th May, 1943, [col. 815; Vol. 3891 which contains details of the items making up the cost of food subsidies £150,000,000 from which must be deducted profits on other commodities amounting to £5,000,000, leaving the net figure of £145,000,000 referred to in the Question.
