§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonThe statutory planning authorities for London have not yet submitted any scheme for my approval. I have no doubt that before they do so, they will consider the suggestions already publicly made by responsible bodies and persons. These will also be available to me when the plans of the statutory authorities come before me.
