HendersonAny unauthorised person who wears any medal ribbon, supplied or authorised by the Army Council, is liable, under Section 156A of the Army Act, to a fine not exceeding £20 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months. It is not considered that any further measure is necessary.
